How does the return work?
Post the empty back to Pirangut — the address is at the foot of every page. ₹100 comes off your refill. We have no shopfront yet, so returns come back by post rather than over a counter.
Does the bottle have to be clean?
Rinsed is enough. It does not need to be spotless.
What is in a refill?
The same formula and the same volume, in a compostable pouch. No cap, no pump, no box.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no membership and no subscription. Put your order number in the parcel and we will match it up.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. Made and refilled in India, sold in India.
Why are the ingredients missing on some products?
Because they have not been finalised. Directions, precautions and full ingredient lists are published only where they have been confirmed — we would rather show nothing than something approximate on a cosmetic.
